Privacy Policy

Data you send us

When you use the contact form or the quotation form we receive the data you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address if provided, the type of inquiry or project, the product or service, the project location, your message and any file you attach.

How we use it

We use this data only to answer and follow up on your request. It is stored in the website’s administration area and a notification is sent to the company’s email address. Attached files are stored in a location that is not publicly accessible.

Spam protection

The forms are protected by methods that need no action from you. Your IP address is kept only in hashed form, temporarily, to prevent repeated submissions.

Visit statistics

We count page views and clicks on the phone, WhatsApp and email buttons anonymously, within the website itself, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. To tell visitors apart within a single day only, a hashed code is used that changes every day and is deleted after two days.

Maps and videos

No embedded map or video from Google, YouTube or Vimeo is loaded until you choose to view it.

Contact

For any question about your data, or to ask for it to be deleted, email us at the address on the contact page.
