Salt production lines

Salt Packaging Lines

Linking the packing stage to the rest of the line according to the product and packaging.

Overview

Packing is the last stage of a salt line, and its quality depends on everything before it: the salt must arrive dry, with an even grain size and at a steady rate. Planning the packing stage therefore usually includes screening units, conveyors and the hoppers that feed the packing machine.

The arrangement varies with the packaging type and size — small packs of table salt or bags and big bags of industrial salt — and with the required output.

General planning considerations

  • Packaging types and sizes, and the output required for each.
  • Space available for packing and storage.
  • Whether packing machines already exist or are part of the project.

Information that helps us review your request

  • The final product you want to make and the raw salt or raw material available.
  • The project location and its current stage: an idea, a study, or an operating plant.
  • Any existing equipment, with photos or drawings of the line if possible.
  • The required capacity, if it is known.
  • The utilities available on site (power, water, space), if known.

You do not need all of this ready. Send what you have and we will discuss the rest with you.
